Our income funds are targeted for investors seeking preservation of capital and current income

Key Features:

  • Invest in existing, stabilized,  income producing properties throughout Southern California, with between 60% and 100% targeted for residential income properties, and the balance targeted for leased (80% or higher) commercial and industrial properties.
  • Low leverage equity investments (debt between 0% and 50% of total assets) and low loan to value (less than 65% loan to value) debt investments.
  • Maximum current income of Pacific Realty Investment offerings - some shelter of income, primarily through depreciation.

  • Available only to California residents.
  • Minimum investment $50,000
