RETIREMENT FUNDS

Our retirement funds are targeted towards building up capital gains over a 5 to 20 year period in order to fund future retirement or other longer term financial goals.

Key Features:

  • Medium risk funds targeted for existing income properties, commercial, industrial, and residential, which may be either existing stabilized income producing properties, or "value added" investments such as properties requiring rehabilitation or re-tenanting.
  • Medium leverage, with borrowed capital targeted between 40% and 75% of total assets
  • Low taxable income

Requirements:

  • Available only to California residents
  • Minimum investment of $50,000
  • Available only to existing Pacific Realty Investments clients
