Tim Mulrenan , the owner of Pacific Realty Investments, has been active in the construction and real estate industry since 1973, managing or advising on over $1 billion in property transactions. He has been a principal of Pacific Realty Investments since 1991 providing brokerage and consulting services to income property investors throughout Southern California. He is the President of Tierra West Advisors, Inc. a redevelopment consulting company that advises redevelopment agencies and developers on redevelopment projects, including affordable housing, mixed-use projects, shopping centers, and hotels. Prior to forming Tierra West Tim was a Director with the Rosenow Spevacek Group Inc, putting together redevelopment projects between cities and developers for affordable housing and commercial developments. From 1984 to 1991 Mr. Mulrenan was Vice President for Southern California for PacTel Properties, where he built its commercial portfolio of industrial, office, and land development investments to $300 million. From 1981 to 1984 he represented Pacific Bell in its real estate transactions in Los Angeles California, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 5 million square feet, and representing AT&T in the largest lease transaction on the west coast required by the breakup of the Bell Telephone system. In the 1970's Mr. Mulrenan built shopping centers for Southern California regional developers Ceeco Development and San Val Development, and began his career in New Jersey with his family's contracting firm, Mulrenan Contractors, Inc. of Harrison New Jersey. Mr. Mulrenan has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University and a B.A., also from Rutgers. He is licensed in the State of California as a real estate broker (00809776) and general contractor (381622). |
